The first thing to hit my eye was the stripes of colour. They look like streams of odd light. They don't start right from the eye, so they seem symbolic. The colour of the beams change to yellow where the eye points at. Makes me think of the effect of supernatural presense. I can also find a theme of change in the picture from the same effect of the mobile eye effecting the colours radiating from it.
The eye itself is placed in the middle, like an icon. Usually the most captivating thing in a painting is placed slightlly off from the middle to prevent a certain awkwardness. In this painting however, the unusual potition of the object gives an effect of power as it captivates with it's dauntingly precise center-position.
The eye is very detailed: the colour around the iris changes to the red very sharply even though the center of the iris is red too. You managed to keep the red eye in shape by making a contrast with the orange of the iris. You even managed to keep the shine effect of the eye good. Clever, effective and awesome.
The outlines of the eye further enhance the icon-like feeling you probably were aiming for. The white bacground is the only thing that leaves me unshure: Would a very light colour have fit instead of the white being completely white?
All in all the painting is most subscribed with the word "awesome" as it is full of awe. Once again, a great piece from MyMineAwesome!
